Pre-Encampment includes role-specific training, collaboration and teamwork exercises as well as opportunities to make new friends and connect with peers. It also includes the mandatory Required Staff Training workshop.
Pre-Encampment is considered mandatory for cadre and specific staff roles and is highly encouraged for all senior staff and training officers.
